Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to design and implement system enhancements. Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives. Support TSYS platform configurations, testing, and troubleshooting. Create functional specifications, process flows, and user stories. Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols. Provide subject matter expertise on TSYS functionalities, including card processing, settlement, and dispute management. Qualifications 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the payments or financial services domain. Hands‑on experience with TSYS platforms (Issuer or Acquirer solutions). Strong understanding of card processing lifecycle, transaction flows, and settlement processes. Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
