Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Cloud Engineer with 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 (M365) environments. This will be a 2–3 month contract working on site. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and the broader M365 ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and supporting cloud‑based collaboration and communication solutions across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. Participate in M365 migrations, upgrades, and integrations with third‑party tools. Provide Tier 3 support for M365‑related incidents and service requests. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure Azure cloud solutions meet regulatory requirements. Monitor system performance and implement proactive improvements. Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices. Stay current with Microsoft cloud technologies and recommend enhancements. Skills & Qualifications 5–10 years of experience with Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365 administration. Proven expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and related services. Strong understanding of identity and access management (Azure AD, Conditional Access). Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration. Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, Intune, and compliance tools. Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
