This is a super exciting opportunity to join a team of problem solvers, and be part of a transformation, from strategy to execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrate clear passion for making an impact in business transformation Demonstrate business acumen and understanding of operating models Support end‑to‑end Operations transformation projects, focused on evaluating current state, identifying opportunities, and creating transformation business cases, including the supporting technologies Participate in cross‑functional teams across business and operations to develop and deliver end‑to‑end operations strategies Support process improvement and operational effectiveness approaches, with a focus on end‑to‑end supply chain Use analytics tools to simulate and support decision making process Minimum Requirements An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work Proven problem solving, critical thinking, and ability to make connections between information and concepts from different sources Excellent report writing and oral presentation skill and demonstrated experience Strong analytical skills, experience with Alteryx/Power BI or equivalent Ability to work within a fast‑paced, collaborative, and team‑based project environment. Comfortable working iteratively and in situations without detailed instructions. A bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, mathematics, supply chain, sciences or a related field Experience in Management consulting or Data & Analytics a plus PHYSICAL DEMANDS Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional standing, walking, and reaching. Ability to lift and carry office supplies or equipment up to 10 pounds. Manual dexterity required to operate standard office equipment. May require occasional travel to company sites or client locations. WORK ENVIRONMENT This role is primarily performed in a professional office setting or remotely, depending on business needs. The environment is fast‑paced, collaborative, and dynamic, with frequent interaction across cross‑functional teams. Occasional exposure to varying work environments during site visits or client engagements. Standard business hours apply, with flexibility required to meet project deadlines or attend meetings across time zones.
