Nous sommes à la recherche pour un de nos clients d’un spécialiste réseau pour joindre le secteur technologique. La personne sélectionnée se joindra à une équipe réseautique travaillant sur le projet de modernisation du réseau sans fil et câblé.

Ce projet requiert l’installation d’environ 5000 nouveaux points d’accès sans-fil nouvelle génération, le changement complet des équipements réseautiques dans les 170 salles de télécommunications réparties dans 34 bâtiments, l’implantation d’un nouveau modèle de gestion de la réseautique, etc. La mise en service du nouveau réseau est prévue s’échelonner jusqu’à 2025.

La personne sélectionnée participera à la préparation des équipements, au déploiement du nouveau réseau sans fil et filaire ainsi qu’aux activités post-déploiement. Lors des phases de déploiements dans les pavillons, la personne pourra être sollicitée pour des travaux en dehors des heures normales, soit tôt le matin, le soir ou le week-end.

*PRÉDÉPLOIEMENT*
* Préparer les équipements (sortir des boîtes, installer des cartes, répertorier, etc.) ;
* Brancher les équipements pour configuration initiale ;
* Valider les configurations initiales des équipements ;
* Identifier les équipements en problème, les répertorier, gérer les retours ;
* Participer aux mesures d'atténuation des murs pour la préparation Wi-Fi ;
* Contribuer à la validation et à la consolidation des activations existantes ;
* Assister les autres membres de l'équipe lors de la mise en place de nouvelles configurations réseautique ou de contrôle d'accès.

*DÉPLOIEMENT*
* Participer aux branchements des câbles réseau ;
* Validation de la liste des nouvelles bornes Aruba ;
* Identifier les nouvelles bornes en problème ;
* Participer aux tests de fonctionnement sans fil ;
* Participer aux tests de fonctionnement filaire.

*POST-DÉPLOIEMENT*
* Réaliser les surveys pour valider la couverture réelle dans les pavillons ;
* Participer à l'équipe volante pour dépanner :
* Répertorier les problèmes ;
* Prioriser ;
* Documenter les cas ;
* Résoudre les cas de connexions sans fil et filaire ;
* Aider les unités dans la configuration de leurs équipements ;
* Documenter les nouvelles fonctionnalités ;
* Participer à former les utilisateurs des centres de service ;
* Présenter au reste de l'équipe de nouvelles fonctionnalités/cas problèmes/configurations à la suite d’un déploiement.

*EXIGENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES *
* Posséder une expérience significative pour la configuration et le déploiement des équipements Aruba ;
* Posséder un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat) en informatique ou dans une discipline connexe ou une expérience équivalente ;
* Posséder dix (10) années d’expérience dans le domaine de la réseautique (commutation ; aiguillage, contrôle d'accès au réseau) ;
* Avoir, dans un (1) mandat, réalisé des déploiements massifs d’équipement réseau dans un environnement complexe ;
* Démontrer un sens du service à la clientèle avancé.

We are looking for a network specialist for one of our clients to join the technology sector. The selected person will join a networking team working on the wireless and wired network modernization project.

This project requires the installation of approximately 5,000 new next-generation wireless access points, the complete change of network equipment in the 170 telecommunications rooms spread across 34 buildings, the implementation of a new network management model, etc. The new network is scheduled to be commissioned by 2025.

The selected person will participate in the preparation of equipment, the deployment of the new wireless and wired network, and post-deployment activities. During the deployment phases in the pavilions, the person may be required to work outside normal hours, such as early in the morning, evening, or weekends.

*PRE-DEPLOYMENT*
* Prepare equipment (unbox, install cards, inventory, etc.);
* Connect equipment for initial configuration;
* Validate initial equipment configurations;
* Identify problematic equipment, inventory it, manage returns;
* Participate in wall mitigation measures for Wi-Fi preparation;
* Contribute to the validation and consolidation of existing activations;
* Assist other team members when setting up new network or access control configurations.

*DEPLOYMENT*
* Participate in network cable connections;
* Validation of the list of new Aruba terminals;
* Identify new terminals with problems;
* Participate in wireless operating tests;
* Participate in wired operating tests.

*POST-DEPLOYMENT*
* Carry out surveys to validate actual coverage in the pavilions;
* Participate in the flying team to troubleshoot:
* List problems;
* Prioritize;
* Document cases;
* Resolve wireless and wired connection cases;
* Help units configure their equipment;
* Document new features;
* Participate in training service center users;
* Present new features/problem cases/configurations to the rest of the team following a deployment.

*REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS*
* Have significant experience in configuring and deploying Aruba equipment;
* Have an undergraduate university degree (bachelor's degree) in computer science or a related discipline or equivalent experience;
* Have ten (10) years of experience in the field of networking (switching; routing, network access control);
* Have, in one (1) mandate, carried out massive deployments of network equipment in a complex environment;
* Demonstrate a sense of advanced customer service.
