Title Director, Regional Engagement Salary $125,708 - $147,891 - $170,075 per year (pay range explained below) Contract Permanent Hours 37.5 hours (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri) Location Northern Region, B.C. – Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy. About The Role As Director, Regional Engagement, you will drive regional engagement initiatives in close collaboration with the Regional Executive Director, Regional Engagement Team, Office of the COO, and the Shared FNHC/FNHDA Secretariat. You will lead the development and execution of a regional engagement framework aligned with FNHA strategies, ensuring meaningful and coordinated engagement across the region. You will also be overseeing the implementation of engagement frameworks, managing the annual regional engagement calendar, and contributing regional insights to flagship FNHA events. You’ll play a pivotal role in advancing the FNHC’s broader engagement agenda on the social determinants of health, fostering partnerships that support both governance and service delivery. About You To be successful in this role you will have/be – Education A university degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s Degree in a relevant field considered an asset. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. Experience Min. 8 years of recent and relevant experience in regional engagement and First Nations health. Experience working with First Nations communities at a community and/or political level, including in areas of health, community engagement, and community development. Experience in projects and events management. The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours. Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements. The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.
