Our client, based in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Services Sales Representative (Technology Sales Consultant – Hardware & Services). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT hardware, software, or managed services sales, with a strong ability to drive business development, acquire new clients, and expand revenue streams. This role is best suited for a sales professional who excels at building lasting client relationships, delivering enterprise IT solutions, and consistently closing deals. Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the IT hardware and services sector. Promote and sell maintenance contracts for enterprise hardware, including servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and related technologies. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. Consistently achieve or surpass assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Stay informed on enterprise IT brands and technologies such as HP, Dell, IBM, Cisco, Lenovo, and others. Effectively communicate with clients, negotiate contracts, and provide tailored IT solution recommendations. Maintain accurate sales records while demonstrating a goal-driven and self-motivated approach. Requirements Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in IT hardware, software, or maintenance services. Strong record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational capabilities. Prior experience or knowledge in the IT hardware and managed services industry. Skills & Attributes Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized. Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with internal teams. Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
