Support clients across the community as a Personal Care Worker with Bloom Care Solutions, providing daily living assistance and safe mobility support.
Bloom Care Solutions is hiring a Personal Support Worker to improve client care experiences through dependable personal support. The work includes meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, ambulation, transfers, and delegated tasks. Strong communication, confidentiality, professionalism, and relationship-building with healthcare staff and clients are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Prepare meals and complete light household tasks
- Support laundry and other client needs
- Help clients ambulate and transfer safely
- Promote safe environments and client independence
Requirements:
- Required PSW certification or diploma
- First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Police check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Up-to-date immunizations and two-step TB testing
- Ability to communicate and work independently
Use your personal care, mobility assistance, and daily living support skills while serving clients in community or facility settings.
