The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to support the ongoing evolution of Alberta Blue Cross’ identity solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and operational support of identity solutions
• Provide senior technical guidance on identity governance
• Partner with stakeholders for effective solution recommendations
• Support troubleshooting efforts for complex production issues
• Participate in audits and vulnerability assessments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5-10 years of IT experience in application development
• Senior-level Java or PL/SQL development expertise
• Extensive knowledge of access management technologies
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
