Manufacturing Engineer Richibucto, NB Our client is a well-established manufacturer with operations across Canada and the United States. As their organization continues to grow, they are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support process improvements and overall plant performance. Position Summary The Manufacturing Engineer will play a hands-on role in improving manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and operational efficiency. Working closely with production, maintenance, and leadership teams, this role focuses on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and supporting safe, reliable operations on the plant floor. Key Responsibilities Analyze manufacturing processes to identify improvements in efficiency, quality, safety, and cost Design and implement process and equipment improvements Support research, testing, data collection, and reporting for engineering initiatives Lead and assist with capital projects, including equipment upgrades and layout changes Provide day-to-day technical support to production and maintenance teams Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues Conduct time studies, root cause analyses, and risk assessments Evaluate and support implementation of new equipment and technologies Assist with installation, commissioning, testing, and training for new processes Develop and maintain process documentation and operating procedures Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable codes Track and report on process improvement metrics Perform other related duties as required Qualifications Legally eligible to work in Canada Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (P.Eng designation required) Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes Experience managing engineering projects from concept through implementation Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Comfortable working on the plant floor in a collaborative, cross-functional setting Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods Exposure to automation, robotics, or material handling systems considered an asset Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools Sheet metal or HVAC manufacturing experience is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
