Preventative Maintenance Planner – Oil & Gas Location: Lloydminster, Saskatchewan Client: Kelly Services (Canada), Ltd. Highly competitive hourly pay rate Contribute to maintenance & reliability initiatives for a respected oil & gas organization Work in a collaborative culture focused on safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement Support challenging projects and major expansions to maximize reliability and operational efficiency What you’ll do Develop and implement strategies to mitigate equipment failure risks Create, standardize, and optimize equipment maintenance strategies & plans Collaborate with asset-based teams to manage and optimize preventive maintenance programs Scope, plan, and execute reliability improvement projects Utilize Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) tools for risk-based asset management Generate job plans, equipment bills of materials, and recommend inventory levels Develop aids and training material for SAP PM Module utilization Facilitate discussions and manage change across large cross-functional teams Support Maintenance & Reliability KPI and dashboard reporting What you bring Journeyperson Millwright certification 10+ years’ planning or maintenance & reliability experience in oil & gas (preferably upstream Thermal/SAGD) Strong SAP PM module knowledge Experience in large facility operations and compression equipment maintenance Superior safety attitude and safe work practice expertise Background in maintenance management systems and process development Familiarity with equipment reliability, safety, and risk management standards Skill in failure investigation/root cause determination Excellent collaborator with strong change management skills What happens next Apply and, if your skills match, we’ll connect you with the next steps.
