As a Claims Representative II, you will investigate, negotiate, and resolve complex Accident Benefits (AB) claims, contributing to a client service culture that prioritizes compassion, integrity, and continuous improvement. How You Will Create Impact Investigate, interpret coverage, negotiate, and make autonomous decisions to resolve complex automobile Accident Benefit claims. Collaborate with clients, physicians, treatment providers, employers, and rehabilitation workers in developing, approving, implementing, and monitoring case management plans. Manage complex files in defense litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Coaching, training, and providing technical support to the claims team. Provide exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards. To Join Our Team 3+ years of P&C liability claims handling, or related insurance, legal, or medically-centric business experience. Post‑secondary degree or diploma. Open to working towards the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or Medical Rehabilitation designation. Passion for assessing and solving customer‑centric problems, with strong priority management skills. Understanding of accident benefits insurance coverage is a strong asset. Will attain provincial adjuster license(s) depending on the province of work. Proficiency in both English and French is essential to the main duties in this role.
