Use point-of-sale expertise and sales discipline to support bridal customers at David’s Bridal while achieving service and productivity standards.
As a Stylist, you manage customer flow through appointments, customer records, iPad tools, and point-of-sale systems. You support accurate transactions, special-order procedures, measurements, add-on sales, and future appointments. The work also includes completing training, building product knowledge, and contributing to store sales, service, and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions accurately through cash wrap procedures
- Confirm contact information, receipts, policies, and appointments
- Maintain measurements and event information for dress ordering
- Achieve platform conversion and designated add-on goals
- Execute promotions, visual changes, markdowns, and inventory counts
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Preferred one to two years of retail experience
- Preferred computerized point-of-sale system experience
- Commitment to assigned training and myLearning courses
- Ability to use computers and electronic devices extensively
