Food assembly and quality are central to the Packline position at Mary Brown's, where accuracy and presentation shape every customer order.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Packline assembles and packages food according to Mary Brown's recipe guidelines. This position maintains prepared food levels, packaging supplies, food safety, sanitation, and timely service. It also requires customer courtesy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and package food according to recipe guidelines
- Review prep lists and maintain peak-demand food levels
- Maintain containers and packaging accessories for service
- Complete orders quickly at correct temperatures and times
- Clean, sanitize, and report equipment concerns
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility in diverse environments
- Safe Food Handling certification preferred
