We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect with hands-on experience in Spring Boot. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot. Proven experience in designing, building, and managing scalable RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Strong hands-on expertise with Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, and other Spring frameworks. Experience in architecting and implementing enterprise-level solutions using Java and Spring Boot. Solid understanding of API design principles, security best practices, and versioning strategies. Experience in leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring code quality and best practices. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum). Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. Lead the design and development of highly scalable and performant Java Spring Boot APIs. Ensure that APIs are built following best practices for performance, security, and maintainability. Architect and implement microservices-based solutions that are resilient, secure, and scalable. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and technical workshops to raise the technical bar across the team. Ensure proper architectural governance, code quality, and continuous improvement within the development team. Lead initiatives to optimize the performance and scalability of existing APIs and systems. Serve as the technical point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, security, and business teams, to deliver end-to-end solutions. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, architectural decisions, and technical challenges.
