Position: Open Source Contributor Type: Contract Compensation: $150/hour Location: Remote Commitment: Flexible hours Role Responsibilities Author and manage Pull Requests (PRs) in large and complex open-source codebases. Merge new code into well-known open-source repositories with precision. Collaborate with open-source communities to enhance project outcomes. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Contribute to the open-source ecosystem with significant GitHub contributions. Qualifications Must-Have Strong ability to author and manage Pull Requests (PRs) . Experience with merging code into complex open-source codebases. Preferred Prior experience as a Software Engineer for 3+ years.
