Key Responsibilities:
• Assist guests at the box office and concessions
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work flexibly in evening and late-night shifts
• Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience
Requirements:
• Team-oriented with a friendly, outgoing personality
• Enjoy fast-paced work in a customer environment
• Flexible availability during evenings and weekends
• Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification is advantageous
• Legal age to serve alcohol in licensed theatres
