Overview ITgrate Nearshore is a Canadian IT consulting and staff-augmentation firm specialized in ServiceNow . We support large public and private organizations by providing senior, certified ServiceNow experts on complex, high-value mandates. Position: ServiceNow HRSD Developer (x3) We are looking for three senior ServiceNow HRSD Developers to join one of our major clients for a 6 to 12-month contract , with a strong possibility of extension. You will play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) platform, working on enterprise-grade use cases with real business impact. Work model 100% remote Very occasional on-site presence in Ottawa (exceptional) Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions within the HRSD module Build and maintain custom backend logic (Business Rules, Script Includes, APIs) Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Optimize existing workflows and processes to improve performance and user experience Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Ensure best practices, scalability, and platform maintainability Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and software development Strong backend development skills (performance, integrations, system reliability) Solid mastery of object-oriented programming concepts Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform Hands-on experience with HRSD (strongly preferred) Experience with API integrations and/or database concepts is a strong asset Mandatory security clearance: Minimum Reliability Status Secret clearance is a strong advantage Fluent in English Bilingual (English/French) is an asset Why This Role Senior-level mandate with real decision-making autonomy Long-term visibility (6–12 months, extension likely) Fully remote environment Work on a mature ServiceNow HRSD implementation Competitive compensation aligned with senior expertise #J-18808-Ljbffr
