As a Supervisor at Carter's, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service while navigating essential products for their little ones. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage customers throughout their shopping experience
• Lead by example in customer service excellence
• Support team development and enhance performance
• Oversee daily operations effectively as Leader on Duty
• Utilize customer feedback to enhance store strategies
Requirements:
• Willingness to lift up to 40 pounds
• High school diploma is required
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods
• Must have availability for varying shifts
• Computer proficiency with software like Excel
