Join one of our top clients teams as an experienced Data Scientist. With 3-4 years of expertise in data analysis, statistics, machine learning, and MLOps, you'll leverage your skills to generate insights, develop new algorithms, and drive actionable results. This end-to-end role involves everything from requirements gathering to production implementation.



Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management : Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources to derive meaningful insights.
  • Model Development : Develop, validate, and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Analysis & Insights : Apply data mining and statistical techniques to large datasets for actionable insights.
  • Collaboration : Work with teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
  • Exploratory Analysis : Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand data and develop hypotheses.
  • Strategic Proposals : Propose solutions and strategies to address business challenges.
  • Communication : Present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.



Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience : 3-4 years in data science or a related field.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Python, key data science libraries, and essential SQL for database management.
  • Modeling Skills : Expertise in building and fine-tuning machine learning models, understanding model confidence, and selecting appropriate models.
  • Visualization : Ability to visualize results for stakeholder presentations.
  • Data Preprocessing : Experience in data preprocessing, exploration, and feature engineering.



Preferred Skills

  • Advanced Techniques : Experience with forecasting and clustering.
  • Industry Knowledge : Background in the retail industry.
  • Cloud Services : Proficiency with Vertex AI and BigQuery (GCP).
  • Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills focused on product development.
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
