We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Advisor Rewards & Recognition programs for qualified advisors. This role will be responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination, tracking, and communication of initiatives designed to recognize and reward top‑performing advisors. The successful candidate will partner with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth implementation, effective tracking, and impactful communication of program results. WHAT YOU WILL DO Program Coordination & Tracking Administer the Advantage Points Program to recognize top‑performing businesses. Coordinate and monitor enrollment in the Advisor and Branch Equity Programs. Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of advisor participation and program milestones. Assist in the development, testing, and validation of program reporting tools and dashboards. Track, update, and maintain advisor ranking information and performance standings. Communicate results and regular updates with advisor network and internal stakeholders. Coordinate with business development teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of rewards and recognition. Marketing & Communications Support Partner with Marketing, Sales Communication, Business Development and internal teams to provide communication and support for advisor marketing initiatives. Draft and distribute program updates, results, and recognition materials to advisors. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to highlight success stories and reinforce program engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with IT, Business Development, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders to support program operations. Participate in system enhancements, user testing, and process improvement initiatives related to Rewards & Recognition. Provide responsive support to advisors and internal teams regarding program questions, enrollment, and results. WHAT YOU WILL BRING Post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in program coordination, marketing support, or financial services is an asset. Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with data, reporting tools, and cross‑functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM or reporting systems is an advantage. Highly collaborative with the ability to work across multiple teams and departments. Proactive and resourceful, able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to take ownership of tasks. Passion for recognizing achievement and supporting advisor success.
