Ideal Completions is seeking a dedicated Shop Hand responsible for maintaining the shop and yard environment. You will ensure equipment readiness, adhere to safety standards, and assist in monitoring inspections and maintenance. The role emphasizes teamwork within the operational management structure to ensure effective field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain housekeeping in the shop and yard
• Organize and track equipment, tools, and materials
• Ensure knowledge of equipment specs and maintenance
• Monitor equipment inspections and preventive maintenance schedules
• Report and assist in resolving maintenance and safety concerns
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean abstract
• Familiarity with maintenance programs and safety certifications
• Previous experience in industrial environments
• Commitment to safety procedures and teamwork
