MDA Contract Management Specialist

In this stimulating position, you will provide daily advisory support for the Business Development and Program Management teams. Your role involves negotiating and managing comprehensive contracts, ensuring all obligations are met. You will facilitate proposal responses and the entire contract lifecycle from inception to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary advisor for contracts
• Negotiate, draft, and execute contractual agreements
• Review contractual documents, assessing liability risks
• Manage customer and subcontractor contract lifecycles
• Provide support in proposal submissions and negotiations
Requirements:
• 4 to 8 years’ experience in high-technology transactions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal interactions
• Relevant degree in business, law, or engineering
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
