Key Responsibilities
As the
General Manager, you will be at the center of it all - instilling and maintaining an overall positive culture amongst the entire team, developing of all leadership positions, and role modelling hospitality - while heading all operational and financial aspects of the business. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Manage and analyze financial parameters and controls for all areas of the restaurant and determine business prioritiesEnsure complete guest satisfaction at all times, at an exceptional levelOversee and ensure general maintenance and cleanliness of propertyCorroborate successful hiring, training and week-to-week schedules for all departments that achieve labour targetsConsistently implement initiatives to achieve all financial targets and performance goals
Key Requirements
3+ years previous experience leading a full-service restaurant or barPassionate about developing othersPassionate about food and drink and up on all the latest trendsEstablished leadership skillsAbility to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their bestSuccessful in training others to master technical skillsHighly organized with great planning and administrative skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and spokenAbility to showcase Brand AmbassadorshipWell versed in local marketing skills and event managementSkilled at setting and achieving short and long-term business goalsEnergetic and positiveDesire for continuous improvementCommitted to being inclusive and embracing diversity
