Job Summary Senior Project Manager – Land Development Base Pay Range $140,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Land Development team. You will work on a diverse portfolio of projects focusing on private development within education. Responsibilities Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery at high quality standards. Develop detailed project plans including scope, budget, schedule, and resources, ensuring successful execution. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Manage up to two Project Managers who oversee Engineering teams. Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Master’s or PMP preferred. Minimum 9 years of proven experience in managing complex land development projects. PE Certification required. Strong leadership and team management skills, inspiring and motivating others. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building strong stakeholder relationships. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
