Here’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies. Crafted Highlights: In the role of a Summer Field Sales Representative in Central Newfoundland, you will be part of the Newfoundland sales teams. You will be exposed to the ever growing, fast-paced beverage industry. You will engage in real-world problem solving and be immersed in social and educational opportunities with other representatives. The contract is full-time, beginning in May and ending in August. Upon graduation, representatives may be eligible for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company. This position reports to the Territory Sales Manager and works closely with the Territory Sales Representatives, Merchandisers, and other teams from different functions. What You’ll Be Brewing Experience sales team training to develop your professional skill set with a focus on sales and marketing, the consumer, and analytics Merchandising – setting up signage, merchandise and promotional materials at accounts and events. Represent Molson Coors as a brand ambassador with our consumers, customers, and members within your community. Reporting – understanding and identifying business performance, distribution and volume opportunities within on-premises customers. Present key insights and recommendations to build on the role of SUMMER FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE, and present them to MCBC Leaders at the end of the summer. Qualifications You are a third or fourth year pursuing a University or College degree. You have the ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule if needed, including some evenings and weekends and light travel. You have a valid driver’s license with no limitations or restrictions. You will be required to provide a recent copy of a Driver’s Abstract. You have (or can obtain) your Smart Serve Certificate (or provincial equivalent). You are a resident of (or familiar with) the assigned territory. You have an innate ability to build empathy with consumers, in particular millennials and diverse consumers. You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome. You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments. You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow. Benefits & Compensation Field sales summer representative will have access to a Molson vehicle for the summer to use for work purposes, a Sales iPad, a cell phone budget, and a paid rate of $20 per hour.
