Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and emails related to renewals and negotiations using effective negotiation techniques to manage a win‑win situation. Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase customer revenue and engagement. Manage escalations for internal and external partners as needed. Implement strategies and recommendations to retain customers and manage a win‑win situation with the client. Use Alcumus' consultative selling techniques to uncover customer needs and determine the best solution offering to increase customer revenue and engagement. Qualifications Bilingualism in French and English is an asset but not a must. 2+ years of experience in sales and/or renewal‑related roles. Experience in both "hunting" and "farming" your accounts in a fast‑paced work environment. You love sales andals—and you're looking to grow your career in this path. Proven track record of successful customer retention. You never take "no" as a final answer. Proficient in MS Dynamics 365, Odoo, or another CRM, as well as the MS365 Suite.
