In this position, you will assess patients, implement individualized treatment plans, and create engaging training materials for AI systems. Collaborate with technical teams and advocate for the accuracy of therapeutic models to enhance AI capabilities in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and curate real-world training materials for AI
• Review AI outputs for clinical adherence and empathy
• Collaborate to convert patient scenarios into training data
• Recommend improvements based on AI performance evaluations
• Document findings clearly for technical stakeholders
Requirements:
• Experience as a Recreational Therapist in clinical environments
• Significant skills in patient assessment and therapy planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Interest in healthcare technology integration
