This role requires a hands-on individual who will be responsible for the maintenance of blowers and pumps. The ideal candidate will be someone who takes pride in their work and is capable of ensuring that our high standards of equipment functionality and customer satisfaction are upheld.**Responsibilities:**- Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on blowers and pumps.- Follow detailed inspection reports to assess and rectify equipment issues.- Assist in the dynamic balancing and testing of PD blowers.- Contribute to the upkeep of the service and repair facility.- Ensure that all tasks are completed to meet or exceed specifications.- Collaborate with certified trades technicians in various maintenance projects.- Prep for sand blast.Check for straightness tape up lobes and get parts ready for sandblast. **Requirements:**- Experience in a laborer role, preferably in an industrial or mechanical setting.- Familiarity with shipping and receiving operations.- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment, specifically blowers and pump (strong asset)- Ability to interpret inspection reports and follow maintenance protocols.- A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment.Capable of adhering to safety standards and company policies. **Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements**- Fully site based**What we Offer**At Ingersoll Rand, we embrace a culture of personal ownership — taking responsibility for our company, our communities, and our environment, as well as our individual health and well-being.
