PyroGenesis provides engineering and manufacturing expertise in advanced equipment and processes across three business lines: energy transition, materials production, and waste processing. To best meet its needs, Pyrogenesis is seeking a Director of Legal Affairs. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, you will be involved in a wide range of activities. On a daily basis, you will advise senior management and various business units on all legal matters of both strategic and operational importance that impact the company. In addition to evaluating different risk factors related to business decisions and operations, you will also negotiate and review a variety of commercial contracts. You will also be responsible for managing the continuous disclosure requirements of a publicly traded company. You will coordinate and participate in board and committee meetings, as well as oversee activities related to the annual meeting of shareholders. You will also manage litigation in collaboration with external counsel and act as the primary point of contact with regulatory authorities and stock exchanges.
