Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, laundering and selling within an existing customer base. This physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor role requires delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Benefits Comprehensive 10‑week training program Solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment Majority of work on a 4‑day week, with no nights or weekends Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives Competitive pay, RRSP and DPSP, disability, life and AD&D insurance fully covered by the company Paid vacation and holidays Skills development, training and career advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities Act as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers at customer sites Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professional and safe practices Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Requirements Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license for a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, including military service Strong customer‑service orientation and the ability to demonstrate a positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit Self‑motivation and drive to work in a teamwork‑based environment to meet goals Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, comprising base salary and earned commissions. This range considers factors such as skills, experience, training, performance, and business needs. Compensation decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis and are not typically at the top of the range for all hires.
