Position: Ophthalmologists, Except Pediatric Type: Contract Compensation: $100–$200/hour Location: Remote Duration: Through mid 2026 Commitment: 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design questions related to the field of Ophthalmology to enhance AI model training. Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in Ophthalmology to improve model outputs. Collaborate with AI research teams to provide structured feedback and improve training data quality. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance. Ensure consistency and relevance across datasets by collaborating with subject matter experts. Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years full-time work experience in Ophthalmology. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada. Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).
