Personalize J.Crew shopping through one-to-one clienteling, wardrobing, and product expertise as a Stylist and key brand ambassador. Build customer connections that support store results.
As a J.Crew Stylist, you deliver personalized styling experiences while driving sales and profitability. You use customer profiles, loyalty programs, local knowledge, and fashion awareness to attract and retain clients. You also share product insights with management and spread product expertise across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales per hour and key performance indicator goals
- Build incremental sales through wardrobing and product expertise
- Create lasting relationships through personalized one-to-one clienteling
- Host appointments and in-store events through community networking
- Share product feedback, insights, and ideas with management
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Previous experience in one-to-one clienteling
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and industry developments
- Scheduling flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
