Support Coach customers at Chinook Centre in Calgary through accurate POS operation, personalized service, and organized sales floor execution as a part-time associate.
This temporary Sales Support Associate role contributes to store success and efficiency while representing Coach, a New York-founded fashion house. You will welcome clients, support social media engagement, operate Mobile POS, and coordinate product flow. The position also involves shipments, stockroom organization, replenishment, and visual merchandising updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients warmly and provide personalized assistance
- Operate POS and handle cash according to policy
- Receive shipments and organize stockroom inventory
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual updates
- Maintain housekeeping and follow Loss Prevention guidelines
Requirements:
- One or more years of previous retail experience
- Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
- Basic computer, iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS skills
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and 50 occasionally
