This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and focuses on developing and nurturing customer relationships. You will handle data management, coordinate purchase orders, and monitor essential project details while working closely with the R&I team. Crystal Claire Cosmetics is dedicated to individual growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage up-to-date customer profiles effectively
• Serve as a primary contact for customer development
• Collaborate with the R&I team on development projects
• Coordinate purchase orders efficiently with operations
• Monitor inventory and shipment information
Requirements:
• Excellent English communication skills required
• Experience in sales & account management is preferred
• Strong interest in cosmetics and design trends
• Proven organizational skills for multitasking
• Relevant educational background is an asset
