Canna Cabana is on the lookout for responsible and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Part Time Shift Leader at its River Heights location. In this position, you will assist store management and oversee daily operations while also addressing customer service issues. Your leadership will be essential in training staff and upholding store standards during your shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in supervising daily store operations
• Oversee store manager duties when necessary
• Provide guidance and instruction to store associates
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when needed
• Achieve sales targets and monitor store KPIs
Requirements:
• Valid SellSafe Certification required
• 2+ years in retail, cannabis preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong sales and service orientation needed
• Excellent communication skills in all interactions
Lead your team effectively and provide excellent customer experiences as part of Canna Cabana's growing brand.
