This position supports the store leadership in daily operations, customer engagement, and merchandising. Take part in training new employees and ensuring they succeed while maintaining a cohesive team. Your leadership will drive the sales performance of the store and bring joy to fellow fans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a vibrant shopping atmosphere for returning customers
• Lead the sales floor in the absence of the manager
• Manage store openings and closings with authority
• Process transactions accurately and encourage upselling
• Monitor sales performance and assist with merchandising
Requirements:
• Minimum retail experience of 1 year
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Physical ability to manage inventory up to 50 pounds
• Focus on building a passionate, collaborative team
