Who are We

SociAloha is a marketing technology company in the with Innovation BC Venture Founder program. SociAloha aims to democratize small business social media management through AI-driven simplicity. Our solutions aim to provide content creation, scheduling, and analytics to help businesses manage their social media presence effectively. We are dedicated to making social media management accessible and efficient for small businesses through affordable and simple UI platform and become one of the first tech companies to lead with strong social responsibility initiatives from inception.


Role Description

As our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will lead the development of our platform starting with the launch of a Beta. This role is pivotal in hiring and leading the tech team, engaging with investors and customers, and shaping and realizing our shared vision. Your expertise will guide the integration of large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies to enhance our platform's capabilities, ensuring our tools are both powerful and user-friendly for our target users. The CTO will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and development of our web and mobile platforms.
  • Manage and expand the technology team to meet strategic goals.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including investors, customers, and partners to align technology development with market needs.
  • Drive the incorporation of AI, especially LLMs, into our products to enhance user engagement and functionality.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating your expertise with modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, and cloud services like AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Prior experience in AI-driven projects, especially involving natural language processing or machine learning.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, capable of leading complex technology initiatives from concept to deployment while leading a team.
  • Genuine passion for learning
