As a key player in the Service Drive, you'll engage with customers to identify their vehicle trade-in interests or selling opportunities, crafting personalized solutions. Team collaboration is essential to achieving monthly procurement targets while ensuring customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers during Service and Parts visits for vehicle assessments
• Identify opportunities for vehicle trades and presents cash offers
• Maintain customer records accurately in CRM systems
• Collaborate with dealership teams for smooth transaction flow
• Promote the benefits of trading through the dealership
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of automotive retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills for building instant rapport
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
• Basic computer skills; prior CRM experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
