As part of your responsibilities, you will lead structural design initiatives and train junior engineers. Ensure the accuracy of technical documentation and maintain high quality through all project phases. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct structural design for deck equipment and seafastenings
• Mentor graduate engineers to develop their skills
• Verify technical deliverables for quality assurance
• Oversee project execution with subcontractors and engineers
• Support tendering activities for new business opportunities
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant marine operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree in applicable engineering field
• Professional engineering license is mandatory
• Willing to travel for project mobilization
• Strong technical software proficiency in engineering tools
