JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Engage with brokers to encourage them to endorse Max Insurance as the insurer of choice to their customers Continually present key unique value propositions to broker partners on a daily basis Facilitate broker trainings to drive engagement with our broker partners Maintain relationships with our existing network of brokers through regular communication, sharing of resources, and effective management of escalations Use previous experience as a broker to understand and predict the needs of our broker partners Collaborate with the underwriting and claims departments to share insights and market intelligence regarding broker expectations QUALIFICATIONS 3 years of experience working in the Property & Casualty insurance industry, preferably as an insurance producer. Strong networking skills, with the ability to generate new broker pipelines within a designated region. Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders. Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 Actual salary for the role will be determined by factors such as prior professional experience, relevant qualifications, demonstrated skills, and internal equity across our team.
