Protect produce quality through inspection, spoilage removal, product rotation, and careful attention to health and safety standards.
As a Produce Stocker, you will examine products and maintain quality control across fresh fruit and vegetable displays. You will remove produce showing spoilage, rotate goods according to company instructions, and ensure items remain fresh and safe to eat. Customer assistance is also part of the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect products for quality and signs of spoilage
- Remove produce that shows signs of spoilage
- Rotate products and goods as instructed
- Maintain fresh and safe produce displays
- Answer customer questions and provide recommendations
Requirements:
- Follow company instructions for product rotation
- Follow health regulations and safety standards
- Assist customers with reaching for items
- Maintain product quality through regular examination
- Support fresh fruit and vegetable presentation
