Key Responsibilities:
- Follow Home Depot's GET Model of customer service
- Assess projects through open-ended customer questions
- Recommend merchandise, related items, and available services
- Maintain signed, displayed, and clean products
- Follow safety and Loss Prevention procedures
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One to two years retail or trade experience advantageous
- Effective communication and customer focus
- Interpersonal skills for customer interactions
- Ability to bend, lift, push, and move items
