As we expand across North America, we are looking for a hands‑on Marketing & Campaign Specialist to lead and execute marketing campaigns that directly support brand growth and sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning campaigns end‑to‑end , working closely with creative, sales, and operations teams, and turning ideas into real results. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Execution Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns (product launches, holiday promotions, Black Friday / Boxing Day, trade shows, etc.) Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution across channels Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns launch on time and on brand Digital & Growth Marketing Support Support paid and organic marketing efforts across social media, email, and website Work closely with content and social media execution to align messaging with campaign goals Assist with basic performance tracking (campaign results, engagement, traffic, conversions) Content & Asset Coordination Work with photographers, creators, athletes, and partners to source campaign content Organize marketing assets (photos, videos, copy) for use across campaigns Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual direction Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align campaigns with inventory and sell‑through goals Support North American market initiatives, including retailer support and trade marketing needs Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or brand marketing Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution , especially for consumer brands Experience supporting or running campaigns across multiple channels Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, growing brand environment Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once Nice to Have Experience in apparel, outdoor, fashion, or lifestyle brands Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or email marketing platforms Experience with trade shows, retail marketing, or wholesale support Basic skills in content tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
