Install structured cabling, fiber, and low voltage systems with Bosch Building Technologies. Support reliable infrastructure across varied customer sites and environments.
As a Technician I, you will install, service, test, and document structured cabling systems for clients. The work includes cat5/6, fiber optic cables, network racks, cabinets, CCTV, audio visual, and other low voltage systems. Customer communication, safety, quality, and detailed reporting are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and service data, audio visual, and CCTV cabling infrastructure
- Pull, terminate, label, test, and report cabling installations
- Install network racks and cabinets in server rooms
- Complete OHS checks, checklists, as-builts, and test results
- Provide professional customer service and handle inquiries
Requirements:
- One to three years structured cabling installation and servicing experience
- Experience with cat5/6 and fiber optic cables
- Valid unrestricted driver’s license with clean abstract
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication, documentation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
