This position is needed to work side-by-side with senior leaders in Twilio’s engineering org to craft bold talent strategies that grow organizational capabilities, evolve ways-of-working, and fuel a culture built to deliver world-class CPaaS products. You’ll report directly to the HRBP lead for the Chief Product Officer and join a group of high-impact HR peers. This role is custom-built for someone who thrives in a product-development environment and is motivated to drive organizational success. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table Required 10+ years of HRBP experience and 4+ years partnering with software engineering or product management teams Deep knowledge of engineering orgs, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI, business-first people programs Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills Energized by learning, solving complex problems, and driving results Desired Experience partnering with internal OE consultants and/or HCM strategy firms Background working within HRBP teams that build and drive functional talent strategies Location This role will be remote and based in Ontario, British Columbia or Alberta, Canada. Travel We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 10% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way. The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $118,200-$147,700 Target Bonus Percentage 17.50% The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
