Prairies: The Winnipeg office serves as a central hub for a diverse team working on projects across the public and private sectors in the prairies and across Canada. Responsibilities Manage a team in producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings Lead project meetings and coordinate other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects Manage a group of architectural staff and consultants Client communication Provide technical and administrative oversight to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered within cost, quality, and schedule targets Manage the financial aspects of the project including planning, scheduling, forecasting and staffing while collaborating with accounting Support the team on pursuing work through assistance with RFP preparation including schedule and fee Qualifications Registered architect in Winnipeg or eligible to be registered in the province 7+ years of experience in a similar role Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT, AutoCAD, Visualization software, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam Applicants must live in, or be willing to relocate to Winnipeg, MB. We will provide a relocation allowance for the selected candidate, if required.
