Oxford Learning is seeking passionate candidates for a part-time French teaching role. The ideal applicant will have strong French skills, guiding students through their academic journey with confidence. Previous experience teaching or tutoring French is preferred, along with a background in the Grades 9-12 curriculum. Candidates will benefit from pre-planned lessons, allowing you to focus on student engagement and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach French to up to three students at different levels
• Follow Oxford Learning's teaching methodologies
• Fill in post-lesson notes to track progress
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
• Support students' self-confidence in their learning journey
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification required
• Experience tutoring French at Grade 9-12 level
• Strong oral and written English skills
• Multitasking ability with several students at once
• Willingness to comply with vulnerable sector screening
