Assistant Superintendent Couple/Team – Residential High-Rise A well-established residential high-rise complex is seeking a dedicated Assistant Superintendent couple or team to join our on-site staff. We are looking for reliable, hands-on professionals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. This is a full-time, live-in position. We offer a two-bedroom apartment, a competitive salary, and benefits after a three-month probationary period. Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment throughout the building Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance Monitor, identify, and report building deficiencies, safety concerns, and vandalism Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies Assist with snow and ice removal Complete additional tasks as assigned by Management If you are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume via email.
