In this hands-on production role, you will execute painting jobs end-to‑end, including surface preparation, mixing coatings, spray application, and final quality inspection and cleanup.

As our new Industrial Painter, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality finishes that meet strict standards for appearance, durability, and colour consistency. You will work with industrial spray equipment and surface preparation tools in a fast‑paced environment where precision, consistency, and attention to detail are essential, contributing directly to product quality and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time hourly contract role (approximately 6 months), working day shift (7:30am–4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 7:30am–2:00pm Friday), on‑site at our Scarborough manufacturing facility, with potential for permanent employment depending on business needs.
