Your Impact As a Physiotherapist Mentor , also known internally as ' Lead Clinician ' on our team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the clinical development of clinicians at your clinic through clinical mentorship, training, knowledge transfer and setting a culture of clinical excellence. What You’ll Do Utilize your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality care and personalized treatment plans In addition to the essential roles and responsibilities of a Physiotherapist, the Lead Clinician serves as a mentor and resource for clinician team Conduct one-on-one mentorship sessions for clinicians Create unique opportunities for clinicians to acquire and retain clinical skills through case studies, external workshops & courses, lunch + learns, in-services, shadow sessions, group training, etc. Complete Therapist Development Profiles in a comprehensive, timely manner Collaborate with Clinic Director to assess specific clinical development needs of the clinic or individual therapists Deliver monthly Onboarding Modules for new hires Partner with Lead Clinicians at other clinics to ensure consistency of mentorship and training within the region About You Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college Have the appropriate liability insurance Put your clients' needs first, demonstrated through behaviours such as: cross-referring clients to other clinicians when appropriate, following up with clients after appointments, managing outreach to unscheduled or "dropped" clients and an openness to work with your clients’ schedules An advocate of your own growth and development and are eager to learn from your Clinic Director, Lead Clinician, your Regional Director of Clinical Development, and fellow clinicians Thrive on giving and receiving feedback, adjusting your client care and performance accordingly A team player and care deeply not only about your own growth, but ensuring the development of your entire team Contribute to clinic culture as demonstrated through behaviours such as: excitement to mentor students, flexibility to cover shifts (on the occasion), participation at clinic events/workshops/recharges, etc. Collaborative in nature and see the importance and impact of partnering closely with your clinic’s Front Desk team A strong communicator and understand the importance of a positive customer service experience Working at Myo 1:1 care with every client Onboarding like no other: a 90 day plan to ensure you are set up for success, from building a caseload to understanding our #futureproof plan Structured mentorship program and consistent clinical workshops in a collaborative team environment Highly motivated and engaged client base dedicated to moving and feeling their best in life beyond pain Professional Development: “LIT” (Leadership In Training) Program, Evolve (Personal Development Program) and opportunities to lead educational workshops Culture of Growth: Part of a large and growing team adding new clinics within Toronto region and expanding rapidly to new markets across the US More Perks & Benefits Competitive Compensation: A competitive fee split + annual $1000 Continuing Education Reimbursement + bonus payouts for team member referrals Employee Wellness: Complimentary, paid, staff treatment sessions + employer-paid mental health support through our EAP, Homewood Pet Insurance: To take care of our furry friends Access to Partnerships: Community discounts and partnerships with top tier brands Let’s Connect: Your Path to Joining Myo At Myo, we believe in building connections that matter and fostering open communication throughout the interview process.
